About Us

JDI Custom Construction is licensed for residential & commercial construction in the State of Arizona.  We specialize in building custom, semi-custom and upper-end subdivision homes as well as Commercial Tenant Improvements and Ground Up Commercial Projects.  JDI Custom Construction is guided by an innovative and experienced management team with the goal of providing superior service and producing a quality product while adhering to strict safety policies and exceptional quality standards.  Maintaining a safe site, while producing a quality product, is integrated into JDI’s goal of excellent service with integrity and quality workmanship.

JDI Custom Construction started out as a vision, a desire, to put to work the 20+ years of construction experience that our founder, Jason DeBus, had accumulated working in this industry in Arizona.  I realized success in building a quality product would not be possible without the skills and dedication of our many subcontractors.

Many of these subcontractors have been with JDI from the beginning; over 10 years and 80+ projects.  These projects have included several 5+ acre Single Family Subdivision Site Infrastructures, 6000+ sqft Custom Home Sites, Restaurant, Commercial Office/Condo TI's and a Multi-million dollar, 158 room renovation at the Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale.  Several of the subcontractors we continue to work with have extensive experience in commercial food service construction and their list of projects includes well known names like Burger King, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, Arby's and Chili's just to name a few.
